As a Processing Support Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and executing flyer processing tasks for the Content Team. You will support various departments across Flipp, as well as triage, remove blockers and provide updates on projects and tasks. You will drive content quality and accuracy and be responsible for assigned tasks from stakeholders.
What you can expect to work on:
Support Vendor Management team with stakeholder tasks through triage, problem-solving, and execution of tasksOwn and execute assigned components of the flyer pipeline, helping to complete the flyer digitization processTroubleshoot ambiguous processing and technical errors related to our internal systemTrack vendor performance and KPIs escalating and reporting to VM and Lead when necessaryWork with Vendor Management and cross-functional teams to coordinate the maintenance of documentation of outsourcing processes and tasks to ensure efficiency and high quality
